Terrible customer service by Rhoda

I had a loan with them and I paid it in full. But as soon as I paid there were charges. I used secure chat and spoke to a lady from the loans department by the name Rhoda and she was rude and irritated and even suggested to disconnect the chat. Please deal with that lady because she gave attitude and did not even answer my questions why were there charges
