Terrible Customer Service.

So today I visited the fnb branch in KC. I've been waiting to be assisted with a simple query but they keeping telling me to wait. I'm writing this review whilst in the queue as I have been for the past 30 minutes, at the atm. Terrible customer service. Will be moving to a different bank shortly.
