Terrible customer service.

I opened a new account and the lady that assisted me was absolutely amazing but the guy that I was referred to was absolute *******. I would like him to be found and dealt with. Since your calls are traced I want him located. Time was 14:40 absolute waste of my time and airtime just to be given ******* serve by a man who can't even construct a sentence properly.
