Terrible customer service and no logic

I lost 1.5 hours trying to withdraw $1,000 from my account that I need for my trip scheduled for tomrrow, something that shouldn't take more than 5 minutes at most. The bank refused to process the transaction as my "visa was not up to date on their system", an issue completely irrelevent for withdrawing money from my account given that I provided my passport and my permanent residence. This is not the first time FNB dissapoints and causes a huge inconvenience. Whenever I step into FNB branch, it feels like time slows down as staff have no understanding of time in general. Furthermore, as I tried to speak to the manager who was supposed to approve the transaction, he/she didn't have the decency to explain that himself/herself claiming that he/she is busy. I'm switching to another bank with a better understanding of customer service and with the slight ability to use common sense when dealing with clients.. I would also do my best to convey my dissatisfaction to everyone I know in order to deter them from using FNB.
