Terrible Service from FNB &payshap – Missing Payment & No Accountability!

I made a payment using FNB with payshap, and the money was deducted from my account, but the recipient never received it. It has now been three days, and despite multiple attempts to get feedback—both online and by visiting a branch—FNB has been completely unhelpful.

They can’t even provide me with proper transaction details or an update on what’s happening with my money. Their customer service is slow, unresponsive, and lacks any accountability. How can a bank fail to track a transaction that went through their own system?

This is completely unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend FNB or Oayshap to anyone based on this experience. If they don’t resolve this soon, I will escalate this matter further.
