Terrible customer service

For 2 days now I have been trying to gey hold of fnb card department. I'm on default for a card I have never used .Tried contacting secure chat not success, tried legal no success. I'm starting to think deliberately I'm being ignored for interest charge. The weird think is I was never contacted to report about a credit card being on default. This is ********* business practice.
