Terrible Customer Service

Absolutely disgusting, I walk into Mall @ Carnival branch before 12 to assist with account query, however the lady at the front tell me they are unable to assist me as the people that are supposed to work till 12 have already left, fine then give them a call, a guy answered the phone, sorry I can't assist you drop the phone, lastly I go on to secure chat and without any success, till now I'm still awaiting feedback, wouldn't recommend at all
