Terrible customer service

I app**** for a loan on the 3rd of October on Lifestyle Loans. i was advised that i would get a response within 24 to 48 working hours. On the 5th I recieved a call from FNB Loans advising me to forward them the following:

1. Certified copy of my ID (date stamp not older than 30 days).

2. Certified copy of proof of address (not older than 90 days).

3. 3 months latest personal bank statements stamped by bank

4. Latest payslip

I forwarded these documents on the 6th of Octoberand I was advised that the turn around time would be another 24 to 48 working hours. On Saturday the 8th I recieved a call where I was advised that my application has been sent to the processing department and I would recieve a call as soon as my application was processed. On Monday the 10th I called to find out how far my application was and was advised that it was still in the Processing department I was then advised by the lady assisting me (Angela) that she would follow up with me latest the following day.On Wednesday the 12th i recieved a call from FNB loans confirming my details and was advised that a notification would be sent to me in regards to my application. Two days passsed by without recieving the notification, so this morning I called to investigate as I was now starting to suspect ********** activity. I was advised that I would be given an update and was told that they woud investigate and get back to me . Now im being told that I have to go to a branch to combine my accounts with FNB as my profile, seems to have conflicting information.

I am now confused, I have not had any dealings with FNB in the past. And I wonder why it took 2 weeks for FNB loans to process my application? Why I have to be the one running around town trying to gather information for FNB loans? Why I am the one who is inconvinienced by all this and why do I have to be the one who has to follow up with FNB loans to get an answer from them.\

This has been the most horrible experience in my life and I really need someone of authority of FNB Loans to contact me in writing and explain to me what really is going on.
