Terrible Customer Service

I have been banking with FNB for a long time & I am a Premier banker as well, which in my opinion, should allow you for great service and customer care...but sadly not. I have made complaints, left messages and nobody has the decency to call me back with results or if issue is resolved, totally disgusting. I have tried applying for a credit card & a smart device on a few occasions and I constantly get the "bad credit" response. Your accounts is handled badly, please contact the credit bureau they say. But the credit bureau disagrees and I even sent through my credit report, TWICE ALREADY and nobody gets back to me. The bureau says that the bank needs to fix their system, as my credit profile is good. This was confirmed by a consultant named Lindiwe from FNB Premier banking and she couldn't understand why sales in FNB was not getting the correct information. I left messages, spoke to numerous people but clearly my issue is not important enough for anyone at FNB to fix or have the decency to call me back and resolve this issue. The most frustrating is having to explain this over and over to numerous people at FNB and nobody sorts it out. DISGUSTED.

Thank you for the response, Smart Devices sorted out the issue but Credit Cards department called me but I am still awaiting solution to the issue. I emailed Byron Vallar in Credit Cards department twice and still no response. So basically, once again, no solution to my complaint.
