Terrible customer service

I am so disappointed with FNB. I went to the FNB in Vosloorus this morning because there is a debit order from SS Diversity that has been debiting me for months and i never authorised these people to debit my account and i don't know who they are and what they do. So I went to the bank hoping they will assist me stop it and flag these people for *****. But FNB told me there is nothing they can do, I must call these people to cancel the debit order.

The question is when does the bank protect its customers. What is stopping the bank from cancelling a debit order when the client request them to do so because these people are not service provider there no contracts between me and SS diversity.

The worse part is that a normal debit order will bounce there is no money in your bank account but these SS Diverity debit order do not bounce but instead it just wait for money to come in and then deduct. I am so angry with FNB.
