TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE

Absolute pathetic customer service! i was on the fnb app requesting settlement letters, then they told me to phone the temp loans department for that letter and when i phoned them they said they could not help me?? How is that your job if you cannot help. They then put me through to five or six more departments and NONE of them can help me with a basic letter?????
