Terrible credit department

Tried to apply for a RCP loan on 2 November 16. Rejected. No reason given. Clear credit record and accounts always paid on time and more than minimum installments. Told to apply in December. App**** and denied. No reason given. Contact premier banking. After several frustrating calls and multitude of "explanations" the closest answer was that my FI score is at 90. No one can tell me why. I was told that the acc was overdrawn by a couple of hundred rand in June. Nothing else!!! Overdrawn only because FNB can't impliment a simple instruction not to take bank fees in the middle of the month! Deposit was rectified almost immediately I was notified. All this did not preclude FNB from offering me a credit card on 2 Nov. (I was told the CC would not affect my RCP app) And every time I log into the app I am "pre-approved" for payday loans.

I want this sorted out NOW!!! I more than qualify on affordability. Have clear credit with the bureaus and excellent account conduct on all my accounts!!

Stop ruining my life!!! I'll be expecting a call in the morning. If it is not sorted out to my satisfaction or detailed answers provided I'll close my accounts and go somewhere else.

I've never been treated this badly by a bank. Disgusting! !!
