Terrible courrier service. CCD

<p style="color: #555555;">I have no idea why FNB would continually use CCD couriers even after all of the negativity surrounding them. Or maybe it is just the people I know complaining of their service.</p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">I have recently upgraded my FNB accounts. Thus I will be recieving new cards (cheque and credit).</p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">Now for some unknown reason FNB decided it will be a good idea to send the cards each with a different courier service. One being CCD and the other Mr D Courier. </p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">(Mr D Courier is excellent by the way.)</p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">It would have been great if FNB could send both cards with 1 courier. Imagine the cost savings of not having to pay 2 couriers to come to the same person in one week.</p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">Back to the point. So CCD couriers phoned me. And told me only I can accept the card and they can only deliver between 8 and 12. Seriously what normal person can be at home to recieve a card? </p> <p style="color: #555555;">But luckily the unfriendly lady on the other end of the line has a solution. They will bring it to my work. Great but seeing that I work on a mine I dont have a street address and also because I work on a mine even if they do find the mine site I am unavaileble between 6 and 2. Working underground.</p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">After explaining all of this to the impatiant lady she told me well I have to organise something and that my card will be cancelled if they dont deliver it.</p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">First of all friendly service and advice cost nothing.</p> <p style="color: #555555;">Secondly who do CCD couriers think they are to tell me that my card will be cancelled?</p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">I will wait in anticipation to hear from FNB in regards of this matter and the only solution I see fit is that my card is given to Mr. D Couriers to deliver it to me. As I dont want to do any transactions with CCD and in my honest opinion FNB should stop using them.</p>
