Terrible communicators and service!

I have requested closure of my cheque account the very same account that has/had my overdraft in it as the account was paid up... Well well well to my surprise they have discreetly moved my overdraft to another account without my knowledge or consent. now in total i have 2 accounts? Why should i be paying an account that i was not aware of whilest the overdraft payment should have been received and receipted in my cheque account. Guys when people are warning you of terrible/discrepancies/bad communication and other service please believe them. I now cannot obtain my overall clearance certificate due to FNB discrepancies.
