Terrible Client Care

I am a fnb client,on the app they offer me temp loans for R7000-R8000,with no issues with getting declined,tried to take out a personal loan after I paid up my temp loan and the result declined due to credit score.

Honestly banks should use their own discrepancy when making decision to assist clients that have salary paid into their account.

Im really dissapointed and honestly feel like moving back to Capitec.
