Terrible cancelation service

Trying to cancel a account is a never ending struggle, really the reason why i decided to cancel my account.. their service is terrible and the person helping just answers you sarcastically "sorry neh"

I Am with drawing all my money out of the account and hopefully they get back to me on day 7
