Terrible Businesses banking experience

FNB is extremely ridiculous when it comes to their services. I have a business account with them. Had requested for a speedpoint machine a month ago and till today we haven't received the machine. Whats frustrating is calling them trying to get an update or some kind of feedback and all you'll get is being on hold for 15min,then the call just get cut off... This has caused such an inconvenience to my business.
