Terrible Business Service at FNB

Making UIF payments for my business is always an absolute nightmare. FNB has made it impossible to make once off payments to SARS so now I try and request the payment via SARS with a payment request to FNB but now this is also unsuccessful. I have previously phoned the call centre only to speak to *********** staff members who knows nothing about SARS payments
