Terrible business banking service

I've been trying to open a business account for months now. I even tried calling an agent who gave me the same email address to send document to as I've been using and still nothing. Pathetic service, finding another business bank and moving my personal banking from FNB to another bank after 12 years...I used to be the biggest ambassador for this bank but every time I require service now it's a mission!
