Terrible Business Account sign up proccess

Trying to re-open my business account send all my documents send last time.

They keep sending the same email:

A Letter from the Company's authorized representative confirming the names of those holding 25% or more of the Company's voting rights at general meetings OR the attached Related Party Form confirming the percentage voting rights at General Meetings

I am the only shareholder and director as per documents send in.

They don't answer their phones lines no supprise here, the reason I moved banks.

I have a feeling FNB doesnt want new business.
