Terrible Banking services

I made only one mistake entering my pin...card blocked all limits reduced to 300 and it's been a month my phone is not getting verified on the system and if I go to the bank I'm told to wait or to verify via online banking... online banking blocks u too. I could have have slept in the bush if it was not the fact that I had another account with a useful bank....Till now I'm struggling to get my device verified and my limit a day is 300...what will u do it this situation.My brother also have a similar problem.
