Terrible bank terrible service

If I could give negative reviews I really would. I have been asking someone from the bank to contact me and give me information on a case. They have ignored me it’s really frustrating. The business ***** department also doesn’t have a direct line so I can’t call them. Also I made a complaint about their kyc department and being rude it came of nothing.
