Terrible Bank NO SERVICE. No wonder their shares are dropping so badly

Account was placed on hold due THEIR KYC process. So I am unable to make any transactions on my account because FNB wanted more information about my personal info. So they decided to block my account because I did not complete this info in time. I have been banking with them for 10+ years and now I need to complete this ****.. Then I completed all of the documentation they needed and emailed this to them 5 time and still after 3 months my account is still blocked. I have moved to another bank and will NEVER touch anything that has anything to do with FNB. FICA is one thing but KYC is not the same and agains the law
