Terrible bank

Their call centre and digital assistant are both completely useless. I called them back after filing a complaint that was the result of another complaint that they didn't handle correctly. They have hidden bank fees, they lie about what you are going to pay, they make it impossible to earn eBucks, and the list goes on and on. I don't recommend them, and I am going to be moving over to a different bank after banking with FNB for almost 20 years.
