TERRIBLE BANK

I paid and settled all of my accounts on the FNB app and all that was left was the temp loan and I definitely paid it but there is not any proof that i paid it and the amount is still outstanding and i settled my credit card the same day and that one updated everything is gone and there is no proof, my husband also have the same problem he paid the airport taxes from FNB for his temu order and also the exact problem there is no proof everything is gone there is nothing on the app??? And when i tried to contact FNB they want proof but everything is gone so how must i send proof??? And we definitely paid that amounts but it’s gone???!
