Terrible bank and service!

Worst customer service ever and general service. My card was swallowed by an FNB ATM last week. I ordered a new card on the app and it stated 3 - 5 working days. Followed up today and they said 5 - 7 working days. Sent myself e-wallets to get through this week, but almost all of the FNB ATMS were out of cash. It is the end of the month and a lot of my payments were linked to my card.
