Terrible bank

Pathetic bank, they have blocked my account due to my card expiring, when I call or use the secure chat I get no assistance, eventual I get told that they have been trying to contact me on a number I haven't had in years and none of my accounts are linked to (though when they want to sell me something they know exactly which number to use), so after I update my information *again*, I use the secure chat to confirm the delivery details and again the details are incorrect, I guess FNB just doesn't want me to access my account.
