Terrible App for purchasing Electricity

I am getting more and more cheesed off with FNB bank. Their App and purchasing Electricity is a complete pain. I am not sure why I have to approve a saved contact when buying electricity and most time, I have to do the transaction 3 to 4 times before it works. Your technology is starting to decline FNB. Please make purchasing electricity easier. It is like buying a house with all the approvals necessary.
