Terrible app

Im so upset. I call fnb only to be cut off and a robot telling me to go deal withmy query on the app. Silly robot obviously doesnt know i have a problem and CANT LOG ONTO THE APP!!!! FNB charges for their calls and you have to call at leastthree times before you get through and then when u do u get kicked out No wonder they get awards. No one can call to complain. Its so frustrating that we haven't got time totake itforward. If any other bank wants my business. Please contact me. Id like to move all my accounts
