Terrible App and disgusting service by fnb

I am sick and tired of fnb. They have just called me only to hang up on me. The lady said she will help me with me credit limit increase application and as I was waiting she hung up. This is disgusting service fnb. Your app is no good as well. Now people are claiming they are from fnb are calling me, however my phone says SUSPECTED SPAM whenever they call. Kindly fix the app so I can do this on the app. This is terrible service by fnb.
