Terrible and unprofessional service by FNB business banker

Firstly I battled to get hold of my business banker and I contacted my personal banker to assist me in locating him. Once that was established, we made an appointment for Saturday and when I got to the Branch he was not there. When they phoned him, he said he would come on Monday. No courtesy at all to cancel the appointment. It is disregard for clients overall it has been a terrible service with this guy. He responds to emails after days. I have never seen such gross incompetence.
