Terrible and Poor SERVICE debiting when i instructed not to!!

I have made a clear intruction to FNB card division to stop debiting my checque account due to i am unemployed but you continue to do so,My account is in a massive minus figure due to you *****s !!

i want the cheque account closed and i want nothing to do with FNB anymore !!!
