Terrible and inefficient CIPC registration experience.

I submitted my CIPC registration on 14/06/2017 with reference number: gMS0eq6DITWTa
I also paid the required fee on 14/06/2017.
I received a document request email on 19/06/2017 and submitted said documents on that date, reference ********** Q.

I went it to a physical branch to find out what the issue is on 27/06/2017, where said documents were submitted again ********** ********** ********** ********** ********** the only reference received was REF: ********** 7_ ********** 03.

To date I have not received any further updates or information .
It has been 10 Business Days since this process was started and no meaningful progress has been made, this is a hinderance to my business and is completely unacceptable.

Day #2 update:

I was CC'd in an email at 11:45 where the consultant I saw in person in-branch, instructed the CIPC escalations department to give me a call urgently.

I received a call from FNB at 14:30, where the consultant on the phone once again confirmed my reference number, which has been confirmed no less than 3 times already, and said I can expect a call tomorrow.

It seems that my application is missing somehow, and everyone is simply passing the buck.

This is highly unprofessional, I'd like a call from someone who can actually take responsibility and resolve my issue. If the application is simply gone, I'd like to know this and restart the process if need be, an expedited rate is expected if this is the case. This is simply going nowhere meaningful.

On a side note: How can it possibly be so difficult to start a business in the current economic climate, surely priority should be placed on streamlining the process as to promote GDP growth and adressing the unemployment rate. It's actually quite rediculous.
