Terrible and disgusting

I went to CHRIS HANI branch to reopen my ***, I was assisted at teller 5. I was told I can't give my son signing powers, I then asked to deliver the card at my son's nearest branch and that was processed. This morning at Northmead square my son was told by Nondumiso I need to collect it. I find FNB very *********** and costly. That is why I want to go to Capitec. When I explain my issue at Northmead was told I need to complain here, as soon as Nondumiso saw that their contact us tab is not working, she said I've login to my app for long
