TERRIBLE

I were de*****ed by mechanic who banks with FNB. We're trying to follow the legal process with SAPS & submitted requests to FNB in August of 2022 Up to now FNB still did not respond with quick, easy, simple provision of the person' statements to verify I did pay him R 59 000. DISGRACE FNB Inefficient, Impossible to escalate, Secretive management , impossible to get hold of management for relief, Shocking, hugely disappointing. Self serving, incredibly inefficient
