Terrible

2 Months ago they offered me a short term loan of R7000.00, I took R4000 and it was paid back within the month in full. The very next month this facility was withdrawn although everytime I have taken a short term loan it was paid back within the month. On the one hand I am glad they took the facility away but by doing this they have put me under huge strain this month, now I know some would say never into a situation like this but circumstances change and sometimes one has to do what one has to do. Today, on my FNB app, I have been offered a pre approved loan of R7000, when I go into GET IT NOW, it says your application has been declined for the following reasons......... no reasons given.

What on earth does pre approved mean to FNB, to me it means pre approved, any other understanding of pre approved is not known to me. I find this very frustrating and very misleading, they should not be allowed to do this.
