Termination without following processes

I've posted a complaint about FNB terminating my relationship with them without any valid reason, the consultant (Ipileng) called me to acknowledge my complaint but still had no answer why such a decision was taken. If being implicated warrants termination, then a whole lot of people will loose their banking privilege with FNB. Useless bank.
