Termination of loan

My personal loan was under debt review. I received communication from attorneys that I was handed over however this was not due to my lack of performance under the court order. The Personal Loan has now been terminated leaving me stranded without clearance and not a single person willing to assist which goes against the NCA and if not resolved will cause for me to take this to the ombudsman and tribunal. You are urgently requested to provide me with clarity and resolution else I will enforce my rights as a consumer- you have now overindebted me again and acted without good faith.
