********* termination

One of your own consultants advised me to write this review because of your UNFAIR termination! I banked at FNB, sold something to someone, they reversed the money so I didn’t send them the item. They then terminated me from banking at FNB due to a ***** claim. I had no idea this was happening before sitting at your branches for hours on end then being told to come back another day. Finally after coming back a few times trying to figure this out, the one helpful consultant informed me that it was totally ********* of FNB to close my account due to “*****” which I NEVER committed and blocked me from ever opening an FNB account in the future without ANY evidence, without even informing my, investigating first, or hearing my side of the story!
