Terminated my bank account and holding my fund for no reason

Hi fnb terminated my money it’s been 4 month now every time when i review on hello Peter they cal tel me they will get back to me after I never hear any thing from them i have send fnb so many transactions supporting documents coz every time they come with new store like yasterday they fnb cal me told me i can not get my own money back coz I was trading crypto currency how can tel me that it’s my money and they already terminated my bank account they spose to send my money to my other bank account that already provided them bank confirmation latter fnb have alot store holding my money coz my account was reported for ***** I have send those investigatior all the reported money supporting documents fnb is not good bank even the people working for fnb they don’t they job coz I email them so many time not even one reply back from those investigater stay away from fnb
