Terminated my account

Hi fnb is very very stress full bank it’s been 6 month fnb terminated my business account I have provided them my capitec account to send my business account balance and my investment money they not did not I have email them to to bank nothing happening this investigator name Lunga Bottoman do reply his email no ans his cal I am so feed up now with fnb when they terminated my account why they keeping my money for 6 month
