Terminated my account

Hi I dnt know fnb investigater do not from guy name Lunga Bottoman have terminated my account unnecessary with out any any reason but he have told must provide other bank bank he going to send all my money to my other account its been 3 month I am waiting from my business account money and my investment I haven’t received every time when I email after a week later Lunga Bottoman tel me fund in process I will get in my account two day time it’s months now fnb have close my they should have send my money instant to my other account fnb must step in sort this issue
