Terminated Account with funds in it

I have had my Business account frozen for a reason I am yet not given 6 mnths ago. As of now I have been told that my account will be permanently closed by Fnb on the 5th of this month . Not having a problem with that being said via email , now I have been sending emails back and forth to the same person who sent me the email to enquire about the funds that are in the account mentioned and no joy . No reply none whatsoever ofwhich the 5th is approaching . When I gave them a call they told me to reply on the email which I have been doing with no luck .
