Term Loan

I contacted FNB on 21/01/2022, i wanted assist with the temporary loan query. I took an hour to find someone to assist me as every persons i spoke too they were unwilling to assist and they transferred me to wrong departments more than 5 times.

The term loan query i had was not resolved. Am thinking of moving all my account to a different bank
