Temporary pins dont work

What purpose does it serve to have an ewallet card and still be able to generate pins that dont work. Its more of an inconvenience than anything, i mean forgetting a card is one thing but being able to generate a pin thats supposed to be working should be easier...right?? Its error after error. Come on FNB, you've just made this ewallet bank card a hassle instead, the *120*321# lets you generate pins that dont work. Fix this pin issue please
