Temporary Loans Mayhem
I took up a temporary loan and all was well until this morning. I have enough funds in my account but the temporary took more than 6000 leaving a balance on R23.30. How does this make sense? Why did it not take all that is due as there is enough funds in the account? Please fix your mess and take the outstanding amount of R23.30 off my account. Please resolve this issue before end of business today as your contact centre agents are useless - I tried contacting them several times on general enquiries and they could not answer my questions.
