TEMPORARY LOANS FALSE PAYMENT HISTORY REPORT ON BUREAU

There is an adverse information on all credit bureau listed on my name regarding a temporary Loan by FNB, according to credit bureau I have 2 missed payment on The FNB Temporary Loan which puts me on the arrears of R2021, this is false information. I have never missed any payment, have paid the Temporary Loan that I took in May in full, not owing you anything for May. The only Temporary loan I am owing is for this month which is due for payment by the end of this month. This has affected my credit score, my credit score has now dropped to the lowest due to this false information. I want this information to be removed from all credit bureaus immediately. I am working very hard to maintain my credit report, can't afford this to ruin all my effort. This is so disappointing, have been trying to call FNB with regards to this however I am being transferred from one person to another.
