Temporary Loans

I have spoken to three consultants and have not received an answer as to why the temporary loan facility has been shut off. I have used it a lot in the past and now that I have a serious emergency I can't use it. My credit score hasn't changed at all recently. Everytime I call, all I get is some half baked consultant saying that its computer generated. That doesn't help me at all. If I can't use the facility I at least deserve a reason. I am about to launch a cryptocurrency start up and will be closing my FNB accounts and using Standard Bank instead. I am sick of the supposed "most innovative" bank not being able to help me with the simplest of things.
