Temporary Loan suddenly unavailable
I wanted to make use of FNB's Temp Loan service from my cellphone and it stated "Your transaction could not be be completed." I tried the ATM - also no luck.
I have been making use of the service for the past few months now and I have paid back every cent. In actual fact i always settle the loan in full, well before the 31 days and I also only request the amount that i need; i never even select the maximum amount on offer.
I don't understand why its not available.
Not cool FNB.
