Temporary Loan service unavailable

Recently I wanted to make use of FNB's Temp Loan service from my cellphone and it stated \There are currently no loan services available.\" This is the message I received every time I tried to apply for one since this year.<br> <br> I have made use of the service in the past and I have paid back every cent, every time. Why can't I get a temporary loan?<br> <br> On a sidenote: I received an SMS yesterday and last week which stated that I may qualify for a loan with FNB. After my failed attempt to get a Temp loan, I telephoned the number on the SMS - it seems that the SMS is limited to Personal and Student loans only.<br> <br> Mind you, I am one of your loyal customers and I have never missed a payment, so what is the problem? It is not very professional from your side and I would hope you address the issue as soon as possible, as I would like to make use of above-mentioned service."
